There are exciting things happening at TADS!!

Firstly below is the poster for our fabulous, for one night only! 

An evening of entertainment.

"Curtains Up" on Saturday 19th July 7.30pm. 

The  tickets are only £10 each and go on sale on Monday 30th June, details on the poster below.

This is a fabulous fun packed evening of acting, musical theatre, drama and comedy. We do hope you will all come along and support another night of fabulous theatre in our very own village

Secondly I am thrilled to announce we are finally bringing Calendar Girls to the stage in November.

Auditions are on Wednesday 16th July at 7pm at the Barbour.

This will be directed by myself and Martin Hilton and has a large cast. Its not just ladies, we need 4 men too (playing age from 25 to 65.)

The show will involve top half nudity BUT please no

te it will be very tasteful, the author even states if the audience see too much flesh you have spoilt the idea of the play. Obviously the main cast ladies are going to have to be comfortable getting there tops off in front of each other and the directors. There is one non nudity ladies part.

Because of this we will have to request NO children at any rehearsals.

This really is a special script and we hope all that are involved will enjoy the process, the play and bringing this fabulous performance to the stage.

Please note rehearsals will be Mondays and Wednesday evenings and the ladies must be able to commit to both evening rehearsals 7pm to 9.30pm
